Join me for a fun and informative evening making and eating pasta.
You will learn how to make the best pasta dough, how to roll it out, different shapes from lasagne to pappardelle to tagliatelle, ravioli and tortellini.
I hope that you will leave confident and inspired to try all the recipes yourself at home.

Tagliatelle al Limoni
Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli, Sage Butter
Wild Mushroom Tortellini, Truffle Cream Sauce
We will be using fabulous ingredients including seasonal organic vegetables from Riverford.
Classes are small, relaxed, hands-on and fun, suitable for anyone interested in food and cooking.
The class will run from 6.30 to 8.00pm and then you will all sit down to eat your lovely pasta creations with a glass or two of wine. (Soft drinks also available.)
